  • Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity: Information regarding your interaction with our app and the advertisements displayed within it.
  • Geolocation Data: General location information (e.g., city/region) derived from your IP address.

We use these categories of information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • Advertising & Monetization: To display ads and ensure they are relevant to you.
  • Analytics & Debugging: To monitor app performance, identify crashes, log gameplay events (e.g., games won or lost), and improve game stability.
  • Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent ad clicks or malicious activity.

3. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not "sell" your name or email (as we do not collect them). However, under California law, the use of advertising identifiers to show you personalized ads is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Data Retention

We do not personally store your data. Our service providers (Google) retain technical data (like crash logs and ad identifiers) for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, typically ranging from 30 days to 14 months, depending on the specific service and your device settings.

5. Your Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out of the "sharing" of your information for personalized advertising. You can exercise this right by:

  1. Using Manage Privacy Choices in the app's settings (or the consent dialog shown when required).
  2. Adjusting your mobile device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Delete Advertising ID" on Android).

Mobile Games Privacy Policy

At Konchan Studios LLC, we value your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information in our mobile games.

1. No Personal Account Data

Our app does not require, nor do we permit, the creation of user accounts.

  • We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
  • We do not have access to your personal files or contacts.

2. Service Providers (Firebase & AdMob)

We use third-party services from Google to help us run, improve, and monetize the app. Firebase data collection and the Google Mobile Ads SDK are disabled at launch until the User Messaging Platform (UMP) indicates that ad requests are allowed (canRequestAds)—usually after you respond to our in-game consent flow (often the first time you tap New Game in regions where consent is required), or sooner when UMP reports that consent is not required in your region.

When canRequestAds is true, we enable Google Mobile Ads and Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring) together. Your choices in the consent form and device settings (including iOS App Tracking Transparency) affect how ads are personalized; we do not operate a separate in-app toggle for each Firebase product.

After consent is resolved, these services may collect information automatically:

  • Google AdMob (Advertising): Used to show banner and full-screen (interstitial) ads. It may use your device's Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads if you consent.
  • Google Firebase: We use Firebase Analytics (including gameplay events such as games started, won, lost, or quit, and deck unlocks), Crashlytics (crash reporting), and Performance Monitoring (app speed and stability). These services may collect installation IDs, IP addresses, device model information, and similar technical data.
  • Consent (UMP & iOS ATT): In the EEA/UK and other regions where required, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to obtain consent for ads and related processing. On iOS, you may also see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier is used for cross-app advertising.

3. Data Collection Summary

While we do not store "personal" data, the following technical data is processed by our service providers:

  • Identifiers: Advertising IDs and Firebase Installation IDs.
  • Usage Data: App launch frequency, gameplay events (e.g., wins and losses), crash logs, and performance metrics.
  • Device Info: Battery level, OS version, and device model.

4. Your Rights (USA & Global)

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell your personal data. However, the sharing of identifiers for ads may be considered "sharing" under California law. You can use Manage Privacy Choices in the app settings (when available), the in-game consent dialog, or your device settings to limit personalized advertising.
  • Europe (GDPR): We only enable analytics, crash reporting, and personalized ads through Firebase and AdMob after you respond to our in-game consent tools (User Messaging Platform), where required. On iOS, personalized ads may also depend on your response to App Tracking Transparency.
  • Opt-Out: You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device's Privacy/Ads settings (e.g., Limit Ad Tracking on iOS or opt out of Ads Personalization on Android).

5. Children's Privacy

Our games are for a general audience ages 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not ask for your age or date of birth in the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where required by law (including in the EEA/UK), personalized ads and related data uses are subject to your choices through our in-game consent tools and your device settings.   • In-App Choices: Use Manage Privacy Choices in settings to open consent or privacy options when available, or follow the prompts the first time you start a new game.
