Welcome to the games provided by Konchan Studios LLC. By downloading or using our mobile applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

Our mobile games, including ShedHead, are intended for a general audience ages 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. On the Apple App Store, ShedHead is rated 13+. On Google Play, ShedHead has a content rating of E (Everyone) and our declared target audience is ages 13 and older (content rating and target audience are separate Play Console declarations).

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age at which your country requires parental consent for online services (in some places, 16), you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not ask for your date of birth, age, or birth month/year in the app to verify eligibility.

When you first open the app, the Welcome screen asks you to confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Ad and privacy choices (where required by law) are collected separately, usually the first time you tap New Game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use our app for personal, non-commercial entertainment on your mobile device.

3. No User Accounts

Our app is designed for privacy and ease of use.

• No Registration: You are not required (or permitted) to create an account.
• Local Data: Any game progress, high scores, or settings are stored locally on your device. We do not back up this data. If you delete the app or lose your device, your progress will be permanently lost.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including but not limited to artwork, code, music, logos, and gameplay mechanics, is the property of Konchan Studios LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

5. Third-Party Services & Ads

The app is provided for free and is supported by advertising via Google AdMob, which may show banner and full-screen (interstitial) ads. The app also uses Google Firebase for Analytics (including gameplay events such as games started, won, or lost), Crashlytics (crash reporting), and Performance Monitoring.

Where required by law (including in the EEA/UK), we ask for your ad and privacy preferences through our in-game consent tools (Google's User Messaging Platform) the first time you start a new game. On iOS, you may also see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before personalized ads use your device's advertising identifier. Analytics, crash reporting, and personalized advertising through these services generally begin only after you have responded to those prompts (or when consent is not required in your region). By using the app, you acknowledge that these third-party services may process technical data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the ad-serving process.
• Use automated scripts or "bots" to interact with the game.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konchan Studios LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, that it will meet your requirements, or that it will be available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Konchan Studios LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our app or the law. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new Last Updated date.

For the mobile app, we may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms and Privacy Policy on the Welcome screen after a material change. We also publish a lastUpdated date at https://konchan.ai/legal-manifest.json. If that date is newer than the date you last accepted in the app, you will be asked to review and accept again before continuing. Your continued use of the app after you accept updated terms (or after changes that are not material) constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Konchan Studios LLC is headquartered in Nevada.
